- Must have experience running front of house floor team
- Able to work at fast pace under pressure in a team and lead by example
- Must have a high level of customer service
- Must have outgoing friendly personality and an easy smile
- Will be required to report and work closely with Duty & Site manager
- Must be well organised
- Be able to train up new floor staff
- Must have an understanding of how to control and run reservations and event bookings.
- Must be well presented.
