• New Zealand General Managers certificate
• Must have 2years minimum experience in a similar Licensed establishment at a similar level of responsibility
• Experience in food and kitchen service
• Preferable – knowledge of the domestic pub market
• Fluent in English and able to work in a loud music environment
• Able to work at fast pace and under pressure
• Have a fantastic personality with winning smile
• Able to provide high level of customer service
• Able to work within a team as well as motivate as a leader
• Have knowledge of stock management systems
• Have their own transport for late & unsociable hours
